01 Which countries do you ship to?
China to the US, UK, Europe (DE / FR / NL / BE / IT / ES / Nordics, Russia line) and Canada — full country coverage, DDP door-to-door. Private addresses, Amazon FBA warehouses, and remote regions all OK.
02 How long does it take from Shenzhen to the US / UK / Europe / Canada?
Sea freight is roughly 25–45 days to door; air freight 7–12 days to door. Actuals depend on the current sailing, port and customs; expect 3–7 days variance in peak season (Nov–Dec & Christmas/NY).
03 Can you ship frozen food, alcohol, pharmacy goods, branded items?
Yes. Frozen food on -18°C cold chain end-to-end; liquids (baijiu, sauces, hot-pot base, soy sauce) via DDP channels; cosmetics / skincare / perfume OK; OTC pharmacy / supplements / Rx supported; branded logo goods accepted.
04 How do I get a quote?
Add me on WeChat (anitaleung8888), send a photo of your goods, tell me rough dimensions / weight / destination city — quote in 5 minutes. Transparent pricing, no hidden fees.
05 I'm in Beijing / Shanghai / elsewhere — can I ship to your Shenzhen warehouse?
Yes. From any Chinese city, use courier (SF Express / JD / Deppon) or freight to our Bantian self-owned warehouse. I'll confirm intake on WeChat and schedule the dispatch.
06 What does DDP (door-to-door, duties prepaid) actually mean?
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid: export clearance + import clearance + all duties / VAT covered + truck delivery to the recipient's door. You only sign for the package — no further charges.
07 Sea or air — which should I choose?
By transit time and volume. Furniture / appliances / stockpiles / oversized → sea (25–45 days, best value). Urgent / valuable / small batch → air (7–12 days). Mid-volume e-commerce → Sea+Truck or Air+Truck as the middle ground.
08 Is there a minimum shipment?
No minimum for sea (even one or two furniture pieces can go LCL). Air is 12 KG minimum. Taobao consolidation has no minimum count — any number of small parcels can be consolidated at the warehouse and shipped together.
09 Can I track the shipment in transit?
Yes. After dispatch you get the AWB / bill of lading. Four checkpoints — intake → in transit → customs → last-mile — are pushed to your WeChat. No need to refresh a tracking site yourself.
10 What if a package gets lost or held by customs?
Our own customs channels mean clearance is stable and holds are rare. If something happens, you'll hear from me on WeChat immediately and we'll compensate or re-ship based on the actual case — no excuses, no buck-passing.
11 Can you ship furniture to the US / UK / Canada?
Yes. Sofas, mattresses, redwood furniture, dining tables, wardrobes — sea FCL or LCL is most cost-effective. Sea+Truck delivers right to the door; upstairs delivery negotiable.
12 Do you handle Amazon FBA freight?
Yes. FBA inbound to US / UK / DE warehouses on DDP terms is one of our main lines — truck drop, transload, or sea-direct. We provide appointment booking + labeling + customs declaration.
13 How does Taobao consolidation work?
Set our Shenzhen warehouse as the delivery address on Taobao / Pinduoduo / 1688. As parcels from multiple stores arrive we consolidate and ship together — saves you a lot vs. shipping each separately.
14 How do students ship luggage to the UK / US / Canada?
Our student-luggage line runs year-round. Books, clothes, bedding, rice cookers, seasonings — all eligible, DDP duties prepaid, delivered to dorms / apartment doors. No trips to a post office.
15 Can you ship lithium batteries / power banks / magnetic products?
Lithium-battery devices (phones, laptops, power banks) ship via special channels — let me know the model / Wh on WeChat in advance. Pure lithium cells have restrictions; magnetic products ship on dedicated declared lines.
16 Can I ship cosmetics / skincare to the US / UK / Europe?
Yes. Cosmetics / skincare / perfume all accepted via DDP-cleared channels. Liquids need specific packing — message me on WeChat and I'll walk you through it.
17 Can I visit the warehouse in person?
Welcome. Shangxue Tech Park, East Zone, Bldg 8 F-103, Bantian, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Mon–Sat 09:00–22:00. Drop a WeChat first and I'll show you how we load and pack.
18 How do I pay?
WeChat Pay / Alipay / bank transfer all work. Standard flow: pay after goods arrive at the warehouse and before container loading. Returning clients can negotiate deposit + balance. Pricing is transparent — no surprises.
19 Do I need to pack the goods myself?
Small items can be self-packed before shipping to the warehouse. Large / fragile / furniture items — just ship them over and we handle reinforced packing (wood crating, bubble wrap, moisture barrier). Packing fee is charged by actual materials and disclosed upfront.
20 How is volumetric vs actual weight calculated?
Sea: chargeable weight is the greater of volume and actual weight. Volumetric KG = L×W×H(cm) / 6000. Air uses /5000 or /6000 depending on the lane. I'll lay it out in the quote.
21 If the recipient is not on-site, can someone else sign?
Yes. Delivery is pre-scheduled by phone / email. A neighbor or building manager can sign in their place, or the appointment can be rescheduled. FBA goes through standard appointment intake.
22 Why no published price list on the site?
Freight pricing swings with the lane, season, cargo profile and destination proximity — a static price list misleads more than it helps. I'd rather give you a real, executable quote — send a photo on WeChat and get the most accurate number for today.
23 Is Anita an individual or a company? How long has she been doing this?
I'm in my 8th year as a freight forwarder in Shenzhen — own warehouse, stable team, established sea/air channels. Every WeChat message I answer personally — no call center. Transparent pricing, problems surfaced immediately, no run-around.
